Metallica is coming to theaters across the globe!

Metallica’s upcoming sold-out S&M2 anniversary concerts in San Francisco will be featured at 3,000 movie theaters around the world on October 9. S&M2, the sequel to the group’s 1999 album and concert film S&M will take place at the Chase Center in San Francisco on September 6 and 8. 

The commemorative concerts will see Metallica team up with the San Francisco Symphony perform tunes from the original S&M shows, as well as new songs.

Tickets go on sale August 7 on the group’s specially dedicated page to the broadcast.
