Michael B. Jordan’s “Without Remorse” Removed From Theatrical Release Calendar

Paramount Pictures has made another change to its theatrical release schedule. 

The studio has been confirmed that the Michael B. Jordan thriller has been removed from the 2021 theatrical release schedule. 

Multiple outlets have reported that Paramount Pictures has removed Without Remorse from the 2021 theatrical release schedule. They have also reported that the studio is negotiating a deal to sell Without Remorse to Amazon Studios. 

The big-screen adaptation of the 1993 Tom Clancy novel of the same name, directed by Stefano Sollima, was first due to be released on October 2, 2020, before being delayed to February 26, 2021. The slot is now set to be filled with the untitled Billie Holiday biopic, directed by Lee Daniels. 

In Without Remorse John Kelly, a Navy SEAL avenges his wife’s murder by brutal drug gangsters in Baltimore only to find himself inside a larger conspiracy. The film stars Brett Gelman, Jodie Turner-Smith, Jamie Bell, Jacob Scipio, Jack Kesy, Todd Lasance, Luke Mitchell, and Cam Gigandet.
