The Game of Thrones alum has been tapped as the male lead in Kaley Cuoco’s HBO Max series, The Flight Attendant.
Michiel Huisman is set to star opposite Cuoco, who also serves as executive producer.
Per the official description, the one-hour series follows flight attendant Cassie (Cuoco) as she wakes in a hotel room hungover in Dubai with a dead body next to her. “Afraid to call the police, she continues her morning as if nothing happened, joining the other flight attendants and pilots traveling to the airport. In New York, she is met by FBI agents who question her about her recent layover in Dubai. Still unable to piece the night together, she begins to wonder if she could be the killer.”
Huisman will play Alex, a charming, wealthy businessman, who runs into some serious bad luck in Bangkok and ends up sticking with Cassie (Cuoco) longer than expected.
Filming is set to begin this fall.
