A third Mike Birbiglia stand up comedy special is coming to Netflix.
Birbiglia took to social media Monday to announce that his hit show, Mike Birbiglia: The New One, is coming to the streaming giant.
The confessional comedy is about Birbiglia, who never wanted to have a child, but now… has a child. Per the announcement, the special was filmed at the Cort Theatre in Manhattan in complete secrecy.
According to Birbiglia, the special “touches on a bunch of uncomfortable topics but isn’t that what Thanksgiving is about?”
Birbiglia’s first Netflix comedy special, My Girlfriend’s Boyfriend, premiered in 2013’s and was followed by 2017’s Thank God for Jokes.
