Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth Visit Children’s Hospital
Singer and actress Miley Cyrus and fiance Liam Hemsworth, visited the Rady Children’s Hospital on Thursday, December 29th.
The couple took pictures and posted selfies to their Instagram accounts of themselves with some of the sick patients during their holiday trip to the hospital. During their trip, Miley and Liam thanked the staff of the hospital for their contributions, with Miley thanking the staff for trying their best to bring “The beautiful youngins”, back to health.
While Miley did make the trip for the benefit of the children, it was also made, in part, to help promote Miley’s “Happy Hippie Foundation”, which she did by wearing a green outfit with a hippie-esque floral print. The foundation’s purpose is to help youths of the LGBTQ and homeless communities to face injustices, among other youth groups.
