Bridgerton is one of the most popular romance dramas that Netflix has in store, and the streamer prepared a special present for its fans just in time for Valentine’s Day. An amazing new promo clip is here, and it gives us a glimpse of what’s to come for Penelope and Colin in Season 3.
Penelope Featherington (Nicola Coughlan) and Colin Bridgerton (Luke Newton) will be the power couple at the center of Season 3, but not from the get-go. The new promo clip sees Penelope giving Colin a cold shoulder after overhearing him tell his friends he’d never consider her as a romantic prospect at the end of Season 2.
As the season progresses, we’ll watch Penelope trying to find herself a suitable husband after giving up her life-long crush on Colin. Her lack of confidence gets in the way, and Colin decides to help her out to get back in her good graces… but things end up taking a turn that none of them expected.
In addition to the leading duo Coughlan and Newton, the show’s third season will also star Adjoa Andoh, Jonathan Bailey, Claudia Jessie, Golda Rosheuvel, Luke Thompson, Polly Walker, and Simone Ashley. It will be split into two parts, set to premiere on Netflix on May 16 and June 13.
