It’s been a while since Netflix announced they’re working on That ‘70s Show follow-up and they’ve finally given us a taste of things to come. The first trailer for That ‘90s Show is finally here and the streaming giant also revealed the show’s release date.

According to the official logline for this series, it’s 1995 and Leia Forman, daughter of Eric and Donna, is visiting her grandparents for the summer, where she bonds with a new generation of Point Place kids under the watchful eye of Kitty and the stern glare of Red.

The first teaser trailer sees Debra Jo Rupp and Kurtwood Smith return as Kitty and Red and deal with a whole new group of mischievous teens. Topher Grace, Laura Prepon, Mila Kunis, Ashton Kutcher, and Wilmer Valderrama are also expected to return in recurring roles, but they’re nowhere to be seen in the teaser trailer.

The short clip, instead, introduces us to a new group of characters, starting with Leia Forman (Callie Haverda) and her new friends—dynamic and rebellious Gwen (Ashley Aufderheide), her lovable brother Nate (Maxwell Acee Donovan), his smart girlfriend Nikki (Sam Morelos), the sarcastic and insightful Ozzie (Reyn Doi), and the charming Jay (Mace Coronel).

That ‘90s Show is set to premiere on Netflix on January 19, 2023, and it will feature a total of ten episodes.
