Netflix Introduces More of The Crown’s New Cast

Patience. Hope. Hurt.

More first-look images of the royal drama, The Crown have been released by Netflix and fans can’t get enough.

Just two days after we got the first glimpse at Olivia Colman as Queen Elizabeth II, the streaming giant dropped two more stills, this time of Helena Bonham Carter as Princess Margaret and Ben Daniels as Lord Snowdon.

Netflix’s hit show is headed into season three with a fresh cast that will reflect the aging of the monarch and her family. Bonham Carter will portray the Queen’s sister, a role previously filled by Vanessa Kirby, and Daniels will replace Matthew Goode.

The image of Bonham Carter in character has her clad in a brown coat, clasping a cigarette holder and is captioned, “Hope.”

The Lord Snowdon image features Daniels holding a camera and is simply captioned with, “Hurt.”

The upcoming season of The Crown will take place around the late 1960s and early 1970s and is scheduled to launch in 2019.
