Netflix is taking on another true-crime documentary series.
After Making a Murderer, The Keepers, and Wild Wild Country comes Conversations With A Killer.
The new documentary series, Conversations With A Killer, helmed by Joe Berlinger (Paradise Lost: The Child Murders at Robin Hood Hills, Gone: The Forgotten Women of Ohio, and Wrong Man), is taking on Ted Bundy, the infamous serial killer. The new series will feature never-before-heard audio interviews of Bundy himself.
”This unique and gripping docu-series focuses on a man whose personality, good looks and social graces defied the serial-killer stereotype, allowing him to hide in plain sight as he committed the brutal sex-crime slayings of more than 30 women before being caught in 1978,” Netflix’s official description of the series reads. “While on trial, Bundy received extraordinary adoration from American women, which made his gruesome crimes doubly haunting, even in an era of anything-goes mayhem.”
Berlinger will also exec produce alongside Justin Wilkes, Jon Doran and Jon Kamen.
Conversations With A Killer debuts January on Netflix.
