No surprise that a Hilton baby shower is one extravagant event!
Nicky Hilton celebrated baby no. 2 with a lavish event on Tuesday with family and friends at their Bel Air mansion.
The celebration for the impeding bundle of joy was thrown by Kathy Hilton and Paris Hilton. The 34-year-old wore a blue printed long-sleeved dress and matching velvet heels. Sister Paris wanting to throw off baby gender speculations based on her sister’s dress color, opted for a pink and white ensemble.
Pictures of the event on Instagram reveal that the Hilton home is already in full holiday mode, with pink Christmas tress and festive decorations spotted. Since Nicky is holding off on finding out the sex until the birth, the shower was decorated with both pink and blue touches: a pink and a blue cake, a tree of macaroons, tarts, treats and candies. The bedecked table was delivered by the poplar Parisian bakery Maison Ladurée – a favorite establishment of Nicky’s.
Nicky announced her second pregnancy in July. She and husband James Rothschild are parents to daughter Lily.
