Disney+ streaming service will officially launch this fall, and the popular studio is constantly coming up with new projects in hopes they’ll convince people to sign up. One of their latest creative endeavors is a mysterious fairy tale movie, starring Olivia Cooke and LaKeith Stanfield.
Disney still hasn’t shared any details for this project, so we’re pretty much in the dark, but the creative team behind it is pretty amazing. Susan Johnson, who won our hearts with Netflix rom-com To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before, will be in charge of directing this movie, based on a script by Cat Vasko.
Olivia Cooke and LaKeith Stanfield are still in early talks to star in this fantasy flick, but their schedule was pretty packed long before they landed these roles.
Ready Player One actress is attached to several movies, including Sound of Metal and Little Fish. Atlanta actor recently appeared in Netflix original Someone Great, and he’s set to star in Rian Johnson’s next film Knives Out this fall.
