There’s a lot of anticipation surrounding the third season of Only Murders in the Building, and Selena Gomez just added some more fuel to the fire. She shared a cheeky behind-the-scenes clip that confirms Meryl Streep is joining the cast in Season 3.

Gomez joined forces with her co-stars Steve Martin and Martin Short to tease the show’s next chapter on social media, and they were in pretty good company. Andrea Martin and Paul Rudd were there to say hi, but the video’s biggest revelation came when Streep suddenly popped up out of nowhere at the end of the clip.

We haven’t seen Streep play a major TV role since Big Little Lies, for which she received Golden Globe and Emmy nominations. Hulu confirmed her casting in Only Murders in the Building, but they’re yet to disclose any details about her character.

Only Murders in the Building kicked off Season 3 production earlier this month, and it still doesn’t have a release date. Rudd is expected to reprise his role from the Season 2 finale, as theatre actor Ben Glenroy, who ends up dead while performing on stage. Jesse Williams will also join the cast in a mysterious recurring role.
