Pippa Middleton and husband James Matthews have welcomed their first child together on Monday. 

Kate’s sister and her hedge fund manager husband are now the proud parents of a new 8 lbs., 9 oz. baby boy who was born at exactly 1:58 p.m. local time. 

According to The Daily Mail, “Everyone is delighted and mother and baby are doing well.”

Pippa took after her sister giving birth in the Lindo Wing of St. Mary’s Hospital. The mother of three adorable royal children was is sure to be a source of advice and comfort to first-time mom Pippa. 

Pippa and James married on May 20, 2017. After a beautiful ceremony at St. Mark’s Church in Englefield, the couple enjoyed a dreamy honeymoon in Tahiti. The duo confirmed the pregnancy back in the spring. Back then, they told sources they are looking forward to settling down and “having children and leading a quiet life.”
