“Queer Eye” Wins Big at the 2019 Critics’ Choice Real TV Awards

Queer Eye is one of the most addictive reality shows that are actually worth watching, and the Critics’ Choice Real TV Awards voters seem to agree. The hit makeover show won several major awards at this year’s ceremony and topped the list of winners.

Queer Eye won the award for best-structured series and scooped additional three trophies for Netflix: best lifestyle show: fashion/beauty, best ensemble cast in an unscripted series and best male star of the year (Jonathan Van Ness).

The Netflix show was in a pretty good company in the main categories. The list of the winners also included RuPaul’s Drag Race (best competition series), The Masked Singer (best competition series: talent/variety) and Born This Way (best-unstructured series).
