Rebel Wilson Hints “Pitch Perfect 4”

Pitch Perfect 4 might happen after all, or at least that is what Rebel Wilson wants us to think. Wilson, who portrays Fat Amy in Pitch Perfect film series, teased the next installment of this musical comedy by posting an intriguing photo on her Twitter profile.

The photo shows the 38-year-old Australian actress alongside her fellow Pitch Perfect cast members Anna Camp, Brittany Snow and Chrissie Fit. All the girls are holding four fingers up high in the photo, which is captioned with four heart emojis. Check out the photo below.

This comes after Snow recently told Extra that she and the rest of the crew would be open to doing Pitch Perfect 4.

“I think all of us would be game for it,” she said. “We have the best time filming those movies. We made some of our best friends during that franchise… part of us knows that chapter might be closed and is okay with that, but we are still incredibly close and we will probably make them — if they want us to — until the end of time.”

First Pitch Perfect movie was released in 2012, revolving around an all-female a cappella group The Barden Bellas who is trying to win the collegiate a cappella competition. The film ended up becoming a critical and commercial hit, with two sequels being released in 2015 and 2017. Although the sequels did not receive great reviews, the film series gained a cult following and earned $565 million at the box office.
