Robert Patrick in talks to board the Liam Neeson and Kate Walsh’s new action thriller, Honest Thief.
It looks like Patrick is set to be the newest casting addition to the romantic-drama-meets-action thriller co-written by Steve Allrich and Ozark co-creator Mark Williams.
The film follows bank robber Tom Carter (Neeson) when he meets the love of his life, Annie (Walsh), who happens to work at the front desk of a storage facility where he hid $7 million in stolen loot. They fall head over heels, and he resolves to wipe the slate clean by turning himself in. But then everything gets turned upside down when his case is turned over to a crooked FBI agent. If he joins the project, Patrick will play the FBI agent.
In previous reports, it was announced that Jai Courtney has been tapped to play the FBI agent. Deadline reports that Courtney is still part of the cast. Other cast members include Jeffery Donovan and Anthony Ramos.
Patrick’s other credits include Netflix’s The Laundromat and The Poison Rose.
