Sarah Jessica Parker Makes Big Screen Comeback With “Here And Now”

Sarah Jessica Parker’s schedule is pretty packed, but she’s finally finding some time to go back to her big-screen roots. Her new movie Here and Now will hit theaters in less than a month and the first trailer is finally here.

The Sex and The City star portrays an established jazz singer, Vivienne, who receives some life-altering news on the eve of a major performance. She finds herself on the crossroads and decides to reevaluate her priorities and tries to make peace with the decisions and sacrifices she’s made along the way.

Here And Now boasts an impressive cast of supporting players including Jacqueline Bisset as her overbearing mother Jeanne, Common as her long-time manager Ben and Simon Baker as her ex-husband Nick. The upcoming drama also stars Renée Zellweger, as Vivienne’s friend Tessa.

Here And Now had its world premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival, but fans of Sarah Jessica Parker had to wait a little bit longer to see her playing the jazz singer in distress. The wait will be over on November 9, when this intriguing project becomes available in theaters and on-demand.
