Shia LaBeouf has been arrested… again. The actor was arrested at the protests in New York City early Thursday morning for fighting with a protestor.
The arrest was filmed and live streamed. Allegedly, LaBeouf scratched another man and grabbed his scarf before the cops saw it and reacted.
He is being charged with misdemeanor assault and harassment. He was released and is scheduled to appear in court on April 4.
