“Silicon Valley” Returns For Sixth & Final Season in October

After much delays, we finally have a return date for Silicon Valley’s final season.

The seven-episode sixth and final season of the comedy series will return to HBO this October. The fall premiere was confirmed by the premium cabler Wednesday at TCA, but it has yet to confirm a specific date.

The Emmy Award-winning comedy was created by Mike Judge, John Altschuler, and Dave Krinsky. It stars Thomas Middleditch, Zach Woods, Kumail Nanjiani, Martin Starr, Amanda Crew, Jimmy O. Yang, Suzanne Cryer, Matt Ross, and Josh Brener.

When the final season was announced in May, series executive producers and showrunners Judge and Alec Berg said, “Silicon Valley has been a career and life highlight for us. We’ll miss it desperately, but we’ve always let Pied Piper’s journey guide the way, and Season 6 seems to be the fitting conclusion. We are forever indebted to our incredible cast, crew, and partners at HBO. At a certain point, there’s only so much we can do to make the world a better place.”
