Steven Yeun And Wife Joana Pak Welcome Their First Baby

The Walking Dead actor Steven Yeun and his wife Joana Pak welcomed their first child, a baby boy, on March 17.

The couple’s pregnancy news sparked last December, only a couple of days after they got married at Paramour Estate in California in front of family, friends and some of Yeun’s former co-stars. The lovely bride wore a strapless ball gown with purple, floral-adorned empire waist. She accessorized her look with a side braid and a beautiful pink and purple bouquet.

The couple, who started off a long distance relationship but now live together in LA, wanted a colorful fête that would feature their shared heritage as they are both from Korean families and raised in America.

Many of the actor’s former TWD castmates, including Norman Reedus, Andrew Lincoln, Melissa McBride, Sarah Wayne Callies, Chandler Riggs, Emma Bell and Alanna Masterson, attended.

They celebrated a ‘short-and-sweet’ Protestant ceremony, which the actor announced his favorite part of the day.

Just last month, Yeun showed off his wife’s huge baby bump in a series of photo booth images. The pictures showed Yeun and Pak cuddling up for the camera and Pak took some solo shots where she cradled her baby bump.

At present, Yeun voices characters on two animated Netflix shows, Trollhunters and Voltron: Legendary Defender. He is also set to star alongside Tilda Swinton, Jake Gyllenhaal, Paul Dano and Lily Collins in the Koran action film Okja.
