The singer-songwriter’s reps took to social media Saturday morning to announce that all 10 of the remaining concert dates have been canceled.

31-year-old Gaga has been struggling with chronic pain due to fibromyalgia, which has caused her to postpone her tour last year.

The statement reads, “Unfortunately, Lady Gaga is suffering from severe pain that has materially impacted her ability to perform live. As a result, Live Nation and Lady Gaga are announcing the cancellation of the final 10 dates of the European leg of her Joanne World Tour,” the statement read. “Last night, with strong support from her medical team, Lady Gaga made the tough decision to immediately come off the road. She is extremely sorry and deeply saddened that she cannot perform for her European fans, who have waited so patiently. She is in the care of expert medical professionals who are working closely with her so she can continue to perform for years to come.”

Gaga added a personal note to fans on her official Twitter account saying that she is beyond “devastated.” adding that, “All I know is that if I don’t do this, I am not standing by the words or meaning of my music. My medical team is supporting the decision for me to recover at home. I love this show more than anything, and I love you, but this is beyond my control.”

In her recent documentary, Gaga: Five Foot Two, Gaga opened up about her struggles with chronic pain saying, “There is an element and a very strong piece of me that believes pain is a microphone. I hope that people watching it that do struggle with chronic pain know that they are not alone.”

Fans with tickets for the remaining 10 tour dates can obtain refunds beginning Tuesday.

The 31-year-old singer took to social media early October and shared a pic of herself in the studio with the caption, “Nothing like studio therapy.” “Slowly coming back to life,” she captioned one of three consecutive posts, also adding, “Tough girl on the mend,” for another photo.

Shortly after, the rescheduled Euro dates were announced which means that Gaga is bouncing back and is holding true to her promise of rescheduling all postponed shows.

During the tour’s Connecticut concert on Saturday Gaga proved once again that she is a star, stopping in the middle of her show to make sure that a hurt fan in the crowd was being taken care of.

As captured by a fan-recorded video, Gaga called out to the fan from stage saying, “Are you all right? Do you need some extra help? Yeah? Okay, so do you need a paramedic? They’re on their way? Okay.”

The singer even apologized to her fan saying, “I’m so sorry that you got hit in the face and that you’re bleeding.” After the fan was ushered away by paramedics, Gaga turned to the crowd and said, “Okay, I think she’s going to go off now to see the doctors. What we all need to remember is that there are things more important than show business. So, we’ll do this one for Meredith, all right?”

“It is complicated and difficult to explain, and we are trying to figure it out. As I get stronger and when I feel ready, I will tell my story in more depth, and plan to take this on strongly so I can not only raise awareness, but expand research for others who suffer as I do, so I can help make a difference.”

“I’m a fighter,” Gaga continued. “I use the word suffer not only because trauma and chronic pain have changed my life, but because they are keeping me from living a normal life.”

“They are also keeping me from what I love the most in the world: performing for my fans. I am looking forward to touring again soon, but I have to be with my doctors right now so I can be strong and perform for you all for the next 60 years or more. I love you so much,” Gaga added.

The 6 week European leg of the tour was scheduled to begin September 21 in Barcelona, Spain and conclude on October 28 in Cologne, Germany. An official press release also confirmed the postponement of the European leg, to early 2018.

This cancellation comes after Gaga canceled her performance at the annual Rock in Rio music festival in Brazil, also due to severe pain. Then the singer took to Instagram, promising to her fans that she will be back to perform in Brazil soon.

Just recently the singer confirmed on Twitter that she suffers from fibromyalgia. Gaga has been open about her chronic pain in the past, a candidness which carried over to her new documentary: Gaga: Five Foot Two. The documentary premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival before debuting on Netflix on September 22.
