]]>Wesley, who co-starred in the first season of the anthology series, will return to play a new character in the Kevin Williamson and Aaron Kaplan’s Kapital Entertainment created drama.
Based on a Spanish format, the fairy-tale focused anthology will blend Beauty and the Beast, Sleeping Beauty and Cinderella in its sophomore season giving the stories its by now familiar dark psychological thriller twist.
According to Deadline, Wesley will play Tucker, a struggling novelist, who spends his sleepless nights toiling away in a secluded cabin in the woods and his days trying to prove he’s good enough for his beautiful fiancée. But it’s all about to come crashing down as a dark secret threatens to destroy his world.
No return date for Season Two of Tell Me a Story has been announced.

Dobrev announced in 2015 that she would not be signing on for season seven. “That was the plan from the get-go,” she told Harper by Harper’s BAZAAR in August. “If anything, the fact that [leaving] terrified me drove me even more.” As for Wesley, he remained playing Stefan until the 2017 series finale.
There was also a reunion that happened on the west coast, as Saved by the Bell stars Mario Lopez and Mark-Paul Gosselaar caught up at the Los Angeles Chargers game on Sunday.
“Old school pal @MPG & I kickin it at the @Chargers game…” Lopez tweeted.
