“Somebody told me it was a script on the Black List so I looked at it and I’m like, ‘What a load of crap,'” Osbourne told Variety. “It didn’t make sense. It didn’t have a heart. It just wasn’t me.”

Sharon Osbourne said that she wants to do a movie based on her life which would center on her childhood, growing up, and early life with her husband, Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy Osbourne.

“I don’t want to do another rock and roll, sex, drugs and money movie about a musician,” she added. “That’s not what I’m doing. There hasn’t been a movie about a woman that actually works on the management side — that’s a true story — and somebody that succeeds through the struggle and you come out the other side.”

Osbourne ended up revealing more information about the project, including the fact that she approached Academy Award-winning director Danny Boyle to helm the film. When it comes to casting, she shared that she already has an actress in mind to play her, but that “it’s too early to say.” Ozzy, on the other hand, will be played by “a complete unknown.”

“We’ve been touring for 50 years. I’ve never seen my kids grow up — I’ve never been around — and now I have grandchildren and I want to spend some time with them,” the Prince of Darkness explained. “I feel like a mouse on a wheel going around in circles.”

The couple said that their grandkids, Jack Osbourne’s newborn baby girl Minnie Theodora, daughters Pearl, 5, and Andy Rose, 2, are one of the major factors in Ozzy’s verdict to end his tour gigs.

“Pearl did her first nativity play at school and I was actually in England, and I’m like, this is insane because it’s history repeating itself. I missed all my kids’ things, Ozzy did too, and now we’re gonna miss everything with the grandkids,” Sharon shared. “You look back — and we’ve had an amazing life together, unbelievably gifted — but you give up something when you have this life. You give up friends. You give up memories of going to people’s weddings, birthdays, school events.”

“We have however long we’re on the last chapter here of this book, and we don’t want to miss anymore,” she continued.

Ozzy’s decision to give up his life on the road is going to be a big adjustment but it’s also a long-awaited development.

“Forty years we’ve been together and he has always had his suitcase open in the bedroom,” she said. “It’s his traveling bag that he takes with him everywhere and it’s always opened, half packed and I’m just like, ‘Let’s see that bag go.'”

Sharon said the plan wasn’t made overnight and she’s excited to have her husband home with her.

“This isn’t something that just happened. It was planned,” The Talk co-host said. “By the times he’s finished he’ll be 72 and it’s like, enough of the touring.”

“My biggest fear is to be found dead in a hotel room,” Ozzy added. “It’s just time to come home.”

“But I want people to understand I’m not retiring. I’m just not touring anymore,” the Black Sabbath frontman said. “I’m gonna be doing gigs in Vegas, festivals, but I’m not touring anymore… I’m not giving up music.”

According to Press-Telegram, Ozzy and his No More Tours 2 will officially kick off in Mexico in May followed by South America, Europe, and Russia before going back to the US later this year. He will be joined by guitarist Zakk Wylde, bassist Blasko, drummer Tommy Clufetos and keyboardist Adam Wakeman.

The judge fell down the stairs in his London mansion and suffered a concussion. After the fall, he was taking some time to recover. A source close to Cowell told ET that he “was going down his stairs to get some hot milk because he was not feeling well and was dizzy. As he was going back up the stairs, he fainted and fell backwards.”

Fellow X Factor UK judge Sharon Osbourne shared an update on Cowell’s health on Wednesday’s episode of The Talk revealing that he is “doing much better [and] going to be OK” after his hospitalization.

In an interview with The Sun on Tuesday Cowell spoke of his scary ordeal.

“I know I was very lucky I didn’t hurt myself seriously. It could have been a lot worse. Sometimes we get a reminder that we’re not invincible, and this was certainly mine. It was a huge shock.”

Simon, who shares a 3-year-old son Eric with partner Lauren Silverman, also spoke of needing to take care of himself.

“They think I fainted because I had low blood pressure. So, I have got to really take good care of myself to sort that out. After all, I am a dad and have more responsibility than ever.”
