]]> Rosario Dawson has been cast in the guest-starring role in the Disney+ series Star Wars: The Mandalorian. 

The Briarpatch star will make an appearance on the second season of the series from creator, showrunner and executive producer Jon Favreau. 

Dawson’s casting was confirmed after production on the season has already wrapped. Dawson will play Ahsoka Tano, Anakin Skywalker’s apprentice.

Season 2 of Star Wars: The Mandalorian is slated to drop on the streamer this fall. 

Directors on season 1 included Filoni, Taika Waititi, Bryce Dallas Howard, Rick Famuyiwa, and Deborah Chow.
