]]>Martin McDonagh’s dark tragicomedy is one of the movies competing for the best motion picture – musical and comedy. It will have to face tough competition in Everything Everywhere All at Once and Babylon, which received six and five nominations respectively.
When it comes to the drama field, The Fabelmans is leading the way with five nominations, and it will go head-to-head against Avatar: The Way of Water, Elvis, Tár, and Top Gun: Maverick in one of the main categories – best motion picture – drama.
The TV field at this year’s Golden Globe will be pretty crowded, and Abbott Elementary is a clear favorite in the comedy categories with a total of five nominations. The Crown is right behind with four nods in the drama field, while Dahmer, Pam & Tommy, and The White Lotus all scored four nods in the limited/anthology series categories.
The 80th Golden Globe Awards are returning to The Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills on January 10, 2023, with Jerrod Carmichael serving as the host.
