Taylor Swift and Drake Top Billboard’s Annual List of Best Albums and Songs

Billboard just unveiled their annual year-end charts, and Drake was crowned as the king of 2018. He was ranked on the top of the Billboard Hot 100 chart, but couldn’t score the no. 1 spot on Billboard 200 Albums. Taylor Swift came out victorious this time around thanks to the enormous success of her album Reputation.

Drake and Swift were also named as Top Male and Female Artist of the year, but the Canadian rapper took the top spot on the overall list. Swift came in fourth, right after Post Malone and Ed Sheeran.

Drake also made it to the top of the Hot 100 chart with his amazing song “God’s Plan.” He owes his enormous success in the charts to a bevy of hit singles featured on his double album Scorpion. Viral sensation “In My Feelings” also made it to top 10, but “Nice For What” didn’t make the cut.
