Taylor Swift Tosses “Despacito” Aside to Claim the No. 1 Spot on the Charts

Taylor Swift‘s Look What You Made Me Do just took over Despacito for the Number 1 on the charts.

Swift’s new single is now officially at the top of the Billboard Hot 100, while Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee’s summer hit fell down to 2nd place after spending 16 weeks at the very top.

Last week, Despacito tied Boyz II Men and Mariah Carey for the record for the most weeks at #1 in 59 years of the chart’s history.
