Taylor Swift will take The Eras Tour all around the world next year, and her concert film inspired by this record-breaking tour will receive the same treatment. After initially announcing its North American release, the Grammy-winning hitmaker confirmed that Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour will be available in theatres all around the world.

Swift initially announced The Eras Tour concert film in late August, but her global fans were disappointed to learn it would only be available in North America. “Anti-Hero” singer finally answered their prayers and announced that Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour is coming to theatres worldwide on October 13.

This concert film made quite a splash when it was initially announced and earned $37 million in ticket sales during its first day of pre-sales in the United States. Its surprise announcement took the major studios by storm and led to the delay of several projects that were supposed to hit the theatres around October 13.

The Eras Tour marks Swift’s first stadium tour in five years and it serves as a homage to all of her previous studio albums. It includes 146 dates across five continents, and Swift will take it to Asia, Australia, and Europe before heading back to North America next year.
