TBC has canceled The Detour after four seasons.
The comedy, created and executive produced by Jason Jones follows quite a list of cancelations at TBC including, Angie Tribeca, Wrecked, and People of Earth.
The family comedy starred Jones and Natalie Zea as parents Nate and Robin, who embark on an innocent road trip from New York to Florida with their kids. But the trip, of course, goes horribly wrong…
The Detour also starred Laura Benanti, Daniella Pineda, Ashley Gerasimovich, and Liam Carroll.
The series debuted in April 2016 and scored a season two renewal ahead of its series premiere. It aired the final episode of its now fourth and last season on August 20. According to TVLine, the season, averaged 722,000 total viewers and a 0.26 demo rating, down about 30 percent from its previous season.
