Netflix gave us one of their very best historical dramas with The Crown, but all good things must come to an end. The final season of this royal series is just around the corner, and the streamer shared a new teaser trailer to announce its highly-anticipated release date.

The short clip chronicles Queen Elizabeth’s transformation over the years, giving us brief glimpses of the actresses who played her. Glances of Claire Foy and Olivia Colman are scattered throughout the teaser before Imelda Staunton takes center stage for one final time.

Season 6 will also see Jonathan Pryce (Prince Philip), Lesley Manville (Princess Margaret), Elizabeth Debicki (Princess Diana), Dominic West (Prince Charles), Salim Daw (Mohamed Al Fayed), and Khalid Abdalla (Dodi Fayed) return to their respective roles from the previous season.

Several new cast members are set to join the series, including Rufus Kampa and Fflyn Edwards, with Ed McVey and Luther Ford as younger and older versions of Prince William and Prince Harry, along with Meg Bellamy as Kate Middleton.

Season 6 of The Crown will be divided into two parts, with the first four episodes set to premiere on November 16, followed by an additional six on December 14.
