“The InBetween” Canceled After One Season

Harriet Dyer in "The InBetween"

NBC has canceled The InBetween.

The network has opted not to continue the freshman drama for a second season.

According to Deadline, the cancelation comes as no surprise because The InBetween was the lowest-rated NBC summer 2019 series in Live+Same Day ratings, which is unfortunate as even delayed viewings were unsuccessful in changing the low ratings.

The series starred Harriet Dyer as Cassie, a woman who is able to see visions of the past and future as well as communicate with the dead. The series also starred Justin Cornwell, Anne-Marie Johnson, Cindy Luna, Chad James Buchanan, and Paul Blackthorne.

The InBetween hailed from creator and executive producer Moira Kirland.
