“The Masked Singer” Renewed For Third Season

The second season of The Masked Singer hasn’t even premiered yet, but Fox seems to be pretty confident in its future. The network already renewed this show for Season 3 and gave it post-Super Bowl slot.

This singing competition show premiered on Fox this year, and it saw twelve celebrities going against each other while wearing masks to hide their true identity. Robin Thicke, Jenny McCarthy, Ken Jeong, and Nicole Scherzinger joined the show as the judges and crowned T-Pain as the winner of Season 1.

Season 3 of this popular show is set to premiere on February 2, 2020 – immediately after Super Bowl LIV.

Fox entertainment chief Charlie Collier broke the news during a recent presentation to investors and described this show as a risk that paid off. “The advantage of being a broadcast network is that we are home to programming for mass audiences. Technically, Masked Singer could have ended up on any platform but you have to note that it didn’t,” he said.
