Will Smith birds himself in the first official trailer of Disney’s Christmas Day debut Spies in Disguise.
Smith leads the pic’s voice cast opposite Tom Holland. The duo star as on-screen duo suave spy Lance Sterling and not quite smooth scientist Walter Beckett.
When events take an unexpected turn, “the unlikely duo are forced to team up for the ultimate mission that will require transforming Lance into the brave, fierce, majestic pigeon.”
“Pigeons are everywhere and nobody notices them. It’s the most perfect form a spy could take,” Walter tells a very distraught Lance in all his fowl glory.
Rashida Jones as Agent Marcy Kappel, DJ Khaled as Ears, Karen Gillan as Eyes, Ben Mendelsohn and Masi Oka also star.
The animated feature is based on Lucas Martell’s 2009 animated short Pigeon: Impossible and is directed by Troy Quane and Nick Bruno.
Spies in Disguise hits theaters this Christmas.
