Watch: “The Crown” Season 3 Trailer

The long-anticipated first full trailer for season 3 of The Crown is here.

Netflix dropped the first full trailer for the third season of its acclaimed drama The Crown

The clip gives viewers a first look into the British royal family’s journey through the turbulent ’60s and ’70s.

Per the official description, season 3 will see the Queen and her family struggle to meet the challenges of a rapidly changing Britain. From Cold War paranoia, through to the jet-set and the space age –- the exuberance of the 1960s and the long hangover of the 1970s — Elizabeth and the Royals must adapt to a new, more liberated, but also more turbulent world.

“On days like today ask yourself, in the time I’ve been on the throne, what have I actually achieved,” asks Olivia Colman’s Queen in the trailer. “This country was still great when I came to the throne, all that’s happened on my watch is the place has fallen apart,” she adds.

Season 3 stars Colman as Queen Elizabeth II, Tobias Menzies as Prince Charles, Helena Bonham Carter as Princess Margaret, Ben Daniels as Margaret’s husband Lord Snowden, Josh O’Connor as Prince Charles, Erin Doherty as Princess Anne, Emerald Fennell as Camilla Parker Bowles, Marion Bailey as the Queen Mother, and Charles Dance as Lord Mountbatten.
