The X-Files is back! The famous mystery TV show will air its second chapter on Fox in the 2017/2018 season. The production is scheduled for this summer.
The ten new episodes will be premiered on Fox. We’ll see the old cast we know and love – David Duchovny as agent Mulder and Gillian Anderson as agent Scully. Chris Carter will also return as an executive producer.
Fox President David Madden shared a statement in which he said:
“Chris’ creativity, along with the brilliant work of David and Gillian, continue to propel this pop culture phenomenon, and we can’t wait to see what fresh mysteries Mulder and Scully uncover in this next chapter of The X-Files.”
