Season Three of Westworld has added Vincent Cassel to its cast.
Multiple outlets confirm that HBO has tapped the French actor for its forthcoming season for an undisclosed role. However, according to The Hollywood Reporter, the Ocean’s Twelve and Jason Bourne star will play a villain in the third season of the series.
“We’re incredibly excited to work with Vincent Cassel,” creators Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy said. “We’ve been longtime fans of his and are thrilled for him to join the Westworld team.”
News of Cassel’s casting follows the show’s announcement that it has added Lena Waithe Aaron Paul as cast members. The Westworld cast includes stars Ed Harris, Evan Rachel Wood, Jeffrey Wright, and Thandie Newton.
