Amazon is currently developing a TV adaptation of Robert Jordan’s bestselling fantasy book series The Wheel of Time, with Rosamund Pike in the lead role.
Additional five cast members – Josha Stradowski, Marcus Rutherford, Zoë Robins, Barney Harris, and Madeleine Madden – just joined the cast of this highly-anticipated series, and here’s everything you should know about them.
Josha Stradowski as Rand Al’Thor
The young actor previously appeared in long-running Dutch series SpangaS, and a couple of other projects in his home country, including well-received TV film Just Friends.
Marcus Rutherford as Perrin Aybara
The Wheel of Time will be Rutherford’s first high-profile project. He previously played the lead in London-based drama Obey and is set to appear in the feature version of short film County Lines.
Zoë Robins as Nynaeve Al’meara
Zoë Robins is known for playing Hayley Roster/White Ranger in TV series Power Rangers Ninja Steel.
Barney Harris as Mat Cauthon
Harris made his acting debut in 2015 film All Roads Lead to Rome, and has since appeared in Billy Lynn’s Long Halftime Walk and Billionaire Boys Club.
Madeleine Madden as Egwene Al’Vere
Madden has the most impressive filmography amongst the members the young The Wheel of Time cast, and you can currently see her in Dora and the Lost City of Gold.
