Ryan Murphy is keeping American Horror Story fans on their toes.
The Murphy-Brad Falchuk anthology highly anticipated crossover installment is fast approaching and fans get a first look.
Murphy took to social media Sunday and revealed first images from the set of American Horror Story: Apocalypse.
The upcoming season in the horror anthology is the highly anticipated crossover between what some say are the anthology’s best seasons — season one, Murder House, and season three, Coven. In addition to the cast featured in Murphy’s images, returning actors include Kathy Bates, Jessica Lange, Evan Peters, Cheyenne Jackson, Billy Eichner, Leslie Grossman and Billie Lourd.
The first peek of the cast in character includes two images, the first shared on Instagram of Sarah Paulson as Cordelia and Lily Rabe as Misty and Stevie Nicks in their witchy glory. Later, he took to Twitter and shared an image featuring the entire gang from American Horror Story: Coven — Paulson, Rabe, Nicks, Emma Roberts, Frances Conroy, Gabourney Sidibe, and Taissa Farmiga alongside the caption, “The Coven Returns. What a thrilling night with the legend Stevie Nicks on the set of AHS.”
AHS has been renewed for two more seasons at FX.
American Horror Story: Apocalypse premieres September 12 on FX.
