Columbia: American hip hop artist Wiz Khalifa is ticking locals off after viewed smoking what appears to be a joint while laying flowers on the tomb of the notorious cocaine kingpin and mass murderer Pablo Escobar, Associated Press reports.

Khalifa uploaded the image on his Instagram account along with several other photos depicting him smoking on the tomb in Medellin, the city of Escobar and where he played a concert just earlier last week. Colombians expressed anger in the comment section.

Federico Gutierrez, Mayor of Medellin called Khalifa a “scoundrel”, proposing he perhaps pay tribute to the thousands of victim killed during the height of the 1980’s Columbia drug war.
