As Variety reports, Johnny Depp will star in King of the Jungle, a new dark comedy to be directed by Glenn Ficarra and John Requa based on a script written by Scott Alexander and Larry Karaszewski.
The movie is based on a true story by Joshua Davis. It was first published in Wired magazine under the title “John McAfee’s Last Stand” and it tells a story of John McAfee, the creator of the McAfe Antivirus software, who left the city and moved to the jungle.
Looks like Depp is keeping busy! We will likely see a lot more of him in the near future.
