Justin Timberlake Postpones the Remainder of his 2018 Tour Dates

Justin Timberlake is taking the rest of the year off. The Grammy Award-winning singer recently decided to postpone all of the remaining Man of the Woods Tour shows for 2018 due to bruised vocal cords.

Timberlake had scheduled shows in Omaha, Kansas City, St. Louis, Indianapolis, Philadelphia, Buffalo twice, and Uncasville in December. The majority of these concerts are expected to be rescheduled for February and/or March.

“Hey guys, I’m sure you have heard that I’ve had to postpone several tour dates due to bruised vocal cords,” Timberlake wrote in a post on Instagram. “My vocal cords are healing, but they are not all the way back to normal, so my doctors want me to continue to rest my voice. They have asked me to hold off on singing until next month. I’m really sorry, I want to be back on the stage and I am doing all I can to get there quickly. Thank you for understanding — I see all of your posts and I appreciate the support and the love. I look forward to coming back stronger than I was before. More to come on the rescheduled dates.”

This announcement, of course, made many of Justin Timberlake’s fans sad, so Superbad‘s star Jonah Hill decided to step in and try to save the whole thing by offering to replace him in the postponed dates.

“I have decided to fill in [for] JT on his remaining dates,” Hill commented Timberlake’s post on Instagram. “It’s what we do in our incredibly small circle of people with extraordinary voices. Feel better. I got you until you do.”

What do you think? Could Jonah Hill pull off Man in the Woods as great as Justin Timberlake does? We don’t know about you, but that is something we would love to check out.
