]]>Bruce Willis expressed his desire to say goodbye to his most iconic character in the sixth film after A Good Day to Die Hard came out. There’s been a lot of speculation surrounding this project ever since, and its title also remained a mystery.
It was rumored the movie will be called Die Hard: Year One until producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura announced the new title. The upcoming project will focus on the younger incarnation of McClane, but that doesn’t mean Willis is no longer on board.
“I don’t know how you do Die Hard without Bruce. The idea that he’s not very significant in this movie is not accurate at all. We are going to explore John McClane in his twenties. But just as prominent is the 60-year-old version,” explained Di Bonaventura.
Len Wiseman, who directed the previous installment of the franchise, will also make a comeback. The first thing he has to do before that happens is finding the actor to play the younger version of John McClane. Wiseman said right casting for this role is crucial because “those bare feet have some very big shoes to fill.”

]]>The first trailer for Glass premiered at the Comic-Con, where the masses welcomed it with a rapturous applause. This trilogy was two decades in the making, and the upcoming movie is the highly-anticipated last chapter of the story. The trailer kicks off by showing Dr. Ellie Staple (Sarah Paulson) collectively examining three of her most demanding patients. James McAvoy stars as Kevin Wendell Crumb, a sinister man with 24 different personalities. Bruce Willis reprises his role as security guard-turned-crime fighter David Dunn from Unbreakable. Same goes for Samuel L. Jackson. He’s back to playing intellectual super villain Elijah Price a.k.a. Mr. Glass.
The trailer doesn’t reveal much, but fans are gearing up for another classic Shyamalan twist ending. The director described it as “the first truly grounded comic book movie” and really enjoyed going back to his roots while filming it. Horror aficionados will be able to do the same on January 18, 2019, when Glass hits the theaters.
