This revival will reunite us with our favorite dysfunctional family almost two decades later, and it will see Malcolm and his daughter dealing with family chaos after his parents Hal and Lois demand his presence for their 40th wedding anniversary party.
Ayo Davis, president of Disney Branded Television, promised that “these new episodes will have all the laughs, pranks, and mayhem fans loved – along with a few surprises that remind us why this show is so timeless.” Just like the original series, the revival hails from writer and executive producer Linwood Boomer, while Ken Kwapis agreed to direct all four episodes.
Malcolm in the Middle grew into one of the most beloved early 2000s sitcoms after premiering on Fox in 2000. It stayed on air for seven seasons, and won seven Emmys during its run, in addition to a Peabody Award and many other honors. In addition to Frankie Muniz, Bryan Cranston, and Jane Kaczmarek, the original series also starred Christopher Masterson, Justin Berfield, and Erik Per Sullivan as Malcolm’s brothers.

Better Call Saul co-creator Peter Gould has been dodging questions about the duo’s comeback for years, but he finally decided to address them head-on during a recent appearance at PaleyFest.
“Instead of evading, I’ll just say yeah. How or the circumstances or anything, you’ll just have to discover that for yourself, but I have to say that’s one of many things that I think you’ll discover this season,” said Gould.
Co-creator Vince Gilligan echoed his statement while talking with Variety at the Better Call Saul Season 6 premiere, and said it would be “a damn shame if the show ended without [Cranston and Paul] appearing.”
Walter White and Jessie Pinkman won’t be the first Breaking Bad characters to return in Better Call Saul. Bob Odenkirk as Saul Goodman, Jonathan Banks as Mike Ehrmantraut, and Giancarlo Esposito as Gus Fring are only some of the stars to reprise their roles.
The final season of Better Call Saul will premiere on AMC on April 18 and it will feature 13 episodes.

Sneaky Pete tells the story of a con man, who assumes the identity of his cellmate after being released from prison, in an attempt to escape a vicious gangster. Reuniting with his estranged family threatens to drag him into a world just as dangerous as the one he’s trying to run away from.
This series was created by Bryan Cranston and David Shore, and it premiered on Amazon Prime in 2017. Giovanni Ribisi played the titular role, and he had amazing support in Shane McRae, Marin Ireland, and Margo Martindale.
Sneaky Pete originated as a CBS pilot, but Amazon recognized its potential after this network didn’t pick it up. It’s proven to be a good choice and the show was constantly met with critical acclaim throughout its three-season run.
]]>Rumors of a possible Breaking Bad film started circling last year, while the spin-off series, Better Call Saul, is still going strong. Cranston would be thrilled to appear in either of these projects if Vince Gilligan decided he wants him there.
“From a realistic standpoint, if I got called to do the movie or Better Call Saul, which I don’t know would ever happen – I really don’t – I would do it in a second. My experience on Breaking Bad changedmy life and my professional life. It gave me opportunities that would not have come,” said the actor during an interview on SiriusXM.
Bryan Cranston had no trouble securing new roles after Breaking Bad wrapped up in 2013. He appeared in blockbusters Godzilla and Power
