“Over the course of a decade, this limited series interweaves the lives of Marie-Laure Leblanc, a blind French girl taking refuge with her uncle during WWII, and Werner Pfennig, a brilliant German teenager with an expertise in radio repair,” reads Netflix’s official logline.
All the Light We Cannot See stars Aria Mia Loberti as Marie-Laure LeBlanc and Louis Hofmann as Werner Pfennig, with Mark Ruffalo, Hugh Laurie, Lars Eidinger, and Andrea Deck in supporting roles.
All the Light We Cannot See will feature a total of four episodes, all written by Steven Knight and directed by Shawn Levy, who co-created the series for Netflix. Its release date has been set for November 2, and you can watch the first teaser trailer below.

]]>Variety confirms that Melissa Leo, Rosie O’Donnell, Archie Panjabi, Imogen Poots, Juliette Lewis and Kathryn Hahn will star opposite Mark Ruffalo in I Know This Much Is True.
The six-episode limited drama series was given a production commitment from HBO. It is based on Wally Lamb’s bestselling book of the same name. The family drama follows the parallel lives of identical twin brothers in a story of betrayal, sacrifice, and forgiveness, taking place against the backdrop of 20th century America.
Ruffalo stars as twin brothers Dominick and Thomas Birdsey; Leo will play Ma, mother of Dominick and Thomas; O’Donnell portrays Lisa Sheffer, a social worker for unit two at the Hatch Forensic Institute where Thomas is staying; Panjabi is Dr. Patel, Thomas’ newly appointed psychologist; Poots will play Joy Hanks, Dominick’s live-in girlfriend; Lewis is Nedra Frank, a self-absorbed grad student hired by Dominick; and Hahn portrays Dessa Constantine, Dominick’s ex-wife.
The limited series is directed, written and executive produced by Derek Cianfrance. Ruffalo and Wally are also exec producing.
