]]>The duo sang their hit “Dancing With A Stranger” and it’s clear that these two were dancing, but they definitely weren’t strangers; they looked so comfortable with each other on stage. The pair came in matching outfits, Smith wore a light pink top and chinos and Normani looked so glam in a pink silky sparkly dress. Prior to Normani singer her part in the song, Smith was having a grand time dancing with the back-up dancers who wore bright red outfits, perfect for the holiday time.
Someone had to dress the part of Mrs. Claus and Lizzo didn’t let us down. She sang “Good As Hell” while wearing a red and white Christmas cape and jean cut-offs with a sparkly black top. She managed to look every bit Lizzo while also paying homage to Santa in her outfit.
Perry always makes us laugh and her opening joke was no different, “You love my nutcrackers and my balls?” She performed her new holiday song “Cozy Little Christmas” and she came dressed as a hot pink snowflake. Her band wore Nutcracker outfits and her back-up singers were dressed as Christmas presents. The stage was every bit a Christmas wonderland with a Christmas tree, tinsel, and ornaments.

]]>Glitzy new video serves as an ode to queer nightlife in New York and shows ballroom and house culture in its full light. It doesn’t have an elaborate plot, but it’s still a joy to watch the amazing shots from ballroom parties and hear testimonials of dancers who are part of this scene.
Some of the performers who accepted Smith’s invitation previously worked alongside the likes of Prince, Madonna and Rihanna! The video also features supermodel Winnie Harlow, who was more than happy to appear amongst the glitter and disco lights in this vibrant video.
Promises visual was directed by Emil Nava, who’s been working with Calvin Harris for years. He was also responsible of producing videos for his latest singles Nuh Ready Nuh Ready and One Kiss. All three songs will be featured on Harris’ upcoming sixth studio album.

]]>Sam Smith and boyfriend Brandon Flynn made a sort of announcement that they are going steady uploading a silly snap of themselves to the social media platform.
With no official confirmation of the relationship as of yet, the singer and 13 Reasons Why star have been linked romantically since the fall. A snap of the two sharing a kiss and walking arm to arm in New York City definitely fueled the relationship speculations. Then came Smith’s appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres show where he confirmed to the daytime host that he is no longer single.
“It’s weird bringing out an album and not being single, ’cause when I brought In the Lonely Hour, I was so lonely,” Smith admitted, “but now I’m singing songs about another guy, and I’m quite happy, so it’s quite weird.“
Flynn took to Instagram Thursday and shared the first photo of himself and Smith together, both sporting sport blue-and-pink unicorn travel pillows. He captioned the adorable snap “Rare sighting in London.” Whether he was referring to the sighting of unicorns or the couple’s sighting, the two simply couldn’t look cuter!

]]>During his appearance on Ireland’s The Late Late Show the singer revealed that his dream is to join the 007 family.
The 26-year-old singer said that he had already written a theme song for the James Bond franchise saying, “With Bond, I’ve actually had a theme tune written for about three years, just in case!”
If Sheeran’s song were to be picked up by the 007 production, he will be joining other huge names in the industry including Madonna, Tom Jones, Shirley Bassey and Tina Turner, who have had the honor of making music for the handsome secret agent. Two recent singer-songwriters have even won Oscars for their theme songs, Adele for Skyfall and Sam Smith for Writing’s on the Wall.
The singer would not reveal the title of his Bond theme song saying that he isn’t going to say it “‘cause someone might steal it.” He then reassured fans by saying not to worry, the track “is good, is good.”
Returning as Bond for the 5th time out of a total 25 films in the franchise is Daniel Craig. The release date for the next Bond installment is November 8, however, no director, title, and other actors have not been announced yet.

]]>The “Stay with Me” singer made a surprise appearance at a wedding. This crash appearance was a legit surprise for both brides Bec Baran and Lisa Best as well as the rest of the wedding party.
The surprise appearance was set up by Lisa’s niece and best woman, Katie who had secretly arranged for Smith to perform at the reception. The DJ announced the sweet surprised for the newlyweds as he said “Lisa and Bec, it is time for the surprise of your married lives. With a little bit of help from Lisa’s best woman, we have been keeping a big secret from you. Please welcome Sam Smith!”
The singer stepped into the ballroom where he hugged both brides at once. Then he went on to perform his ballad “Latch.”
This was seen on Smith’s recent TV special Sam Smith at the BBC, where the singer said that for him the experience was super special. “Just being a part of someone’s day like that means the world to me. They’re so in love. It’s just incredible. They’re so in love and it’s so beautiful.”
Both brides couldn’t have been more surprised.
“When he walked through the door, I just thought, ‘Wow, that is actually Sam Smith!’ This does not happen to us,” Best said.
“All of my friends and Bec’s friends and family were really shocked,” she said. “It was just another level.”

]]>The 25-year-old singer took to Instagram to announce to his “beautiful fans” that his second album, The Thrill of it All, will be released November 3.
He also used the social platform to unveil the 10-song track list, featuring the artist’s chart-topping first single, “Too Good at Goodbyes.”
Smith also confirmed that he will kick off next year’s tour in Toronto on June 18. The tour’s 39 performances will then continue throughout North America, with shows scheduled in Montreal, Boston, New York, Miami and Dallas, among other venues. The tour includes two shows in Mexico with a scheduled show in Mexico City on July 27. The tour’s closing date is scheduled for September 13 in Calgary.
The Trill of it All album is available for pre-order, and tickets for the North American tour go on sale October 12.
