]]>The series, which was created by Kevin Williamson, the man behind Dawson’s Creek and The Vampire Diaries, revolves around classical fairy tales reimagined as modern-day thriller stories. It is based on the Mexican television series Érase Una Vez, and stars James Wolk, Sam Jaege, Dorian Crossmond Missick, Billy Magnussen, Dania Ramirez, and Danielle Campbell among others.
The first season of Tell Me a Story, which is set to wrap up in early January, had fairy tales like The Three Little Pigs, Little Red Riding Hood, and Hansel and Gretel as its inspiration. The second season will use different stories as source material while also featuring a new cast.
