Madonna Adopts Twin Girls from Malawi

The pop queen Madonna decided to expand her family by adopting 4-year-old twins from Malawi. The adoption order was confirmed by Mlenga Mvula, Malawi’s judiciary spokesperson. Madonna showed up in court on Tuesday with the kids, their father, and their uncle.

According to the spokesperson, “the girls’ mother died a week after she delivered the babies,” who were later “looked after by their grandmother, who could not fully provide for them, so they were taken into an orphanage.”

Madonna was happy and “smiled while she was making her way out of the courtroom, and then she drove away” with the girls. She already has two biological children, Lourdes (20) and Rocco (16), and 11 year old twins from Malawi, David and Mercy.
