]]>The anthology hails from Tim Miller (Deadpool) and David Fincher (Gone Girl, House of Cards, Fight Club). The two will executive produce alongside Jennifer Miller, and Josh Donen.
The first season of will be a collection of 18 animated short stories, aimed at adults. Every installment will be created by a different creative and therefore will feature a unique animation style. The series and will be a span the genres of science fiction, fantasy, horror and comedy genres.
“Love, Death & Robots is my dream project, it combines my love of animation and amazing stories,” Miller said in a statement. “Midnight movies, comics, books, and magazines of fantastic fiction have inspired me for decades, but they were relegated to the fringe culture of geeks and nerds of which I was a part. I’m so f—ing excited that the creative landscape has finally changed enough for adult-themed animation to become part of a larger cultural conversation.”

The zombie disaster film starring Brad Pitt, Matthew Fox, and Peter Capaldi came out in 2013 and earned $540 million worldwide.
A sequel has been in the pipeline for the last 5 years, but now producers Dede Gardner and Jeremy Kleiner say production is a-go!
The Once Upon a Time in Hollywood star is expected to reprise his role as the film’s lead, while The Social Network director, David Fincher, will helm the flick.
“We’re starting to shoot in June,” Gardner confirmed. “What more do you need to know? Brad Pitt is Gerry Lane. He’s back. David Fincher is directing.”
Brad Kelly, who worked with Fincher previously on Utopia, is scheduled to write the screenplay.
