Alfonso Ribeiro who starred in the NBC sitcom as Carlton Banks is accusing Fortnite of stealing his signature “Carlton” dance.

According to Entertainment Weekly, Ribeiro is suing Epic Games for allegedly using his “Carlton” dance without permission in Fortnite.

Fortnite, a free, online third-person game has different emotes includes dances. This particular emote described as “expressing yourself on the battlefield,” features a player dancing a very similar dance to Ribeiro’s. Not only that, the emote is called “Fresh.”

“It is widely recognized that Mr. Ribeiro’s likeness and intellectual property have been misappropriated by Epic Games in the most popular video game currently in the world, Fortnite,” Ribeiro’s lawyer David L. Hecht tells PEOPLE in a statement.

“Epic has earned record profits off of downloadable content in the game, including emotes like ‘Fresh.’ Yet Epic has failed to compensate or even ask permission from Mr. Ribeiro for the use of his likeness and iconic intellectual property,” he continued.

“Therefore, Mr. Ribeiro is seeking his fair and reasonable share of profits Epic has earned by use of his iconic intellectual property in Fortnite and as a result is requesting through the courts that Epic cease all use of Mr. Ribeiro’s signature dance,” the statement concluded.

Janet Hubert, who is best known for her role as Vivian Banks opposite Will Smith has been tapped to play Yvonne on the daytime series. According to Entertainment Weekly, Yvonne has been set as a love interest for Mike played by Max Gail at the nursing home.

The daytime soap drama will begin to unfold next month, as Hubert’s first episode airs December 7.

The medical drama is the longest-running American soap opera currently in production and the second-longest drama in American television history. General Hospital premiered on ABC on April 1, 1963.

This will be Hubert’s second appearance on a soap, previously starring in One Live to Live and All My Children.

Even though it’s not happening yet, TV Line reported in August that Smith’s production company, Overbook Entertainment is looking into developing a reboot of the hit show.

It was Graham Norton who got the Fresh Prince star talking about the possibility of a reunion. Norton demanded an answer to why there is still no sign of the much wanted reboot. Smith only said to the TV host that if a revival ever did happen, he would have to play Uncle Phil.

“I’d have to be Uncle Phil in that one. I’m 50. Like, ‘C’mon, Aunt Viv! I’m 50. I can’t go out on my own?’”

Then Norton asked about the cast’s reunion, but Smith quickly explained that the cast meets up every year for an annual charitable luncheon.
