Sullivan shared the news Friday in an amusing Instagram post.
“WE’RE HAVING OUR FIRST BABY! And we just found out the sex. Swipe through for the gender reveal,” he captioned a sonogram. And as followers swiped right, alongside a diagram of the male reproductive system, they enjoyed pics of various phallic items.
“It’s TRUE!!! You heard it from @sullivangrams we are having a BOY!!” Reichard added on her account. “So excited!! Nursery is in the works, names are being workshopped, doulas are being interviewed, naps are my go-to self care bc I’m just so 
, so much to do and yet so much not to do, just enjoying the moment…life is good!”

]]>Season four of NBC’s hit family drama has added yet another name to its cast. This time it’s the Euphoria and The Walking Dead actor, Austin Abrams, who will recur on the show and will be featured in the hit drama’s 1990s storylines. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Abrams will play Marc. Marc will meet teen Kate (Hannah Zelie) in a record store and will play a love interest for the Pearsons’ daughter.
The new cast member joins a bunch of new faces on the show including Jennifer Morrison (Once Upon a Time), Blake Stadnik and Asante Blackk (When They See Us).
They star opposite leads Milo Ventimiglia, Mandy Moore, Justin Hartley, Chrissy Metz, Sterling K. Brown, Susan Kelechi Watson, Chris Sullivan, Michael Angarano, and Ron Cephas Jones.
Abrams’ first episode, Flip a Coin is set to premiere on Tuesday, October 15.

]]>Season 4 of This Is Us has cast Tim Matheson in a recurring role as Dave, the father of Rebecca (Mandy Moore).
The casting was confirmed by 20th Century Fox TV, the studio that produces the show.
Matheson’s appearance on the show will mark the first time Rebecca’s father has been seen onscreen in the NBC drama series.
Moore previously told Entertainment Weekly, “Rebecca is a bit of a daddy’s girl. There are certain things that they don’t align on. But I think at the end of the day she really loves her father for who he is. He’s quite protective of her.”
Matheson stars series’ stars Milo Ventimiglia, Sterling K. Brown, Chrissy Metz, and Justin Hartley. The fourth season of This Is Us will also star Jennifer Morrison, Omar Epps), M. Night Shyamalan, Nick Wechsler, Asante Blackk, Marsha Stephanie Blake, Timothy Omundson, Bahara Golestani, Julian Silva, and Auden Thornton.
This Is Us premieres September 24.

]]>This year’s Labor Day weekend brought with it the latest trailer for NBC’s hit family drama and it finally lets fans in on the show’s growing ensemble.
Joining are When They See Us stars Asante Blackk and Marsha Stephanie Blake, Omar Epps, Bahara Golestani, Jennifer Morrison, Timothy Omundson, M. Night Shyamalan, Julian Silva, Auden Thornton, and Nick Wechsler.
While all of these are familiar faces, in the Pearson’s story, they are complete strangers. “It’s so strange, isn’t it?” Rebecca (Mandy Moore) says to Jack (Milo Ventimiglia). “How just like that, a complete stranger can become such a… big part of your story. It’s actually kind of terrifying, you know?”
Get ready This Is Us fans, because according to the trailer, even “If you think you know what’s coming next, you don’t know us.”

]]>The Once Upon a Time star has joined the forthcoming season of the NBC hit family drama set to return September 24.
According to TVLine which was first to report the news, the 40-year-old actress will star in a major recurring role and will have a “substantial” presence on the show. There are of course no details just yet of her character.
This Is Us is fond of celebrity stars tapping names like Michael Angarano, Phylicia Rashad, Sylvester Stallone, Ron Howard, Denis O’Hare, Elizabeth Perkins, and Griffin Dunne to star in the series.
Morrison’s other TV credits include a recurring role on How I Met Your Mother. Her film credits include Star Trek and The Darkness. You can see her next in The Report.

]]>Multi-season pickups of this scope are extremely rare, but NBC is obviously putting their full trust in This Is Us creator Dan Fogelman. He already has the vision for the following three seasons, and we’re yet to see what will happen with this family drama after that.
Lisa Katz and Tracey Pakosta, presidents of scripted programming for NBC Entertainment, congratulated the team behind this series for reaching new heights with their inventive and compelling storytelling.
“In a television landscape with nearly 500 original scripted series, there are very few, if any, that have the critical and cultural impact of This Is Us, and we couldn’t be more proud to bring fans three more seasons of a show that so well represents the NBC brand,” read their official statement.
This Is Us premiered on NBC in 2016, and scored nods for most prestigious awards in the TV industry – including several Golden Globes, Emmy awards, and SAG Awards. The snsemble cast includes Milo Ventimiglia, Mandy Moore, Sterling K. Brown and Chrissy Metz.

]]>Series creator Dan Fogelman has teased several “gigantic” final moments of season 3 during Sunday’s
Fogelman said that fans will “get a lot of answers,” in the finale, especially concerning season-long developing storylines, including Randall (Sterling K. Brown) and Beth’s (Susan Kelechi Watson) struggling marriage, Kevin’s (Justin Hartley) relationship with Zoe (Melanie Liburd) and Kate’s (Chrissy Metz) premature baby.
“I’m excited about the last episode, It’s a good one. I think you’re going to get a lot of answers for all the main characters.” Fogelman said.
He continued: “Obviously there’s a tremendous amount of attention on Randall and Beth’s storyline. There will be an answer there in terms of the long-term health of their relationship. We have all of our storylines building to that in the last episode. It’s kind of gigantic. The last five minutes of the episode are sprawling.”
“Dan Fogelman, he loves this s**t so much,” Brown joked, referring to Fogelman’s ability to not only tease fans, but continue making them so emotional week after week.”
This Is Us airs Tuesdays on NBC.

]]>The Cosby Show alum has been tapped to guest star in NBC’s hit drama as Carol, mother of Beth (Susan Kelechi Watson). She will star in the forthcoming episode 13 that delves into Beth’s past.
We had conversations with them telling the direction we were going in, what Beth was like in the past and what’s going to happen for her in the future, that type of thing,” Watson told TVLive. “We have a really great new writer Eboni Freeman, [who is] the main writer on it, and some of it is her story, very personal to her. They found a way to create this really beautiful backstory, and a beginning of a resolution of Beth starting to get back on her footing again. And then we have some amazing surprises in it. It’s going to be a really powerful episode.”
Two-time Emmy winner Rashad joins previous guest stars on the series including, Katey Sagal, Sylvester Stallone, Jane Kaczmarek, Denis O’Hare, Sam Trammell, Seth Meyers, and Katie Couric.
